Why this experience exists

I can talk to you about voice, sound and frequency all day, but until you experience what happens in your own body, they are only words.

We have been taught to judge our voices, control them and silence what wants to come through.

This experience gives you somewhere to stop analysing and notice what is already happening beneath the surface.

What happens live

90 minutes. My voice, sound and frequency. Your body's response.

You listen through headphones while I work with my voice, sound, tone and frequency.

You notice how your body responds, without needing to understand it.

You may be invited to breathe, to move, or to use your own voice.

It is not a performance.
It is not about singing beautifully.
No singing ability is needed.
You remain in control throughout.
You can stop, lower the volume or take your headphones off at any time.
